Shipping Destinations: Wickii Pty Ltd offers deliveries to almost every part of Australia. Delivery can be overnight and typically takes no more than 7 working days from the date of dispatch to most locations within Australia.
Processing Time: Please note that not all payment methods are processed instantly. For BPAY, Direct Deposits, and sometimes PayPal, it may take 1 to 3 days for funds to appear in our account, which could delay the processing of your order.
Delivery Methods: We use various courier and postal services to handle our deliveries. Orders are picked and packed in the order they are placed. Express postage orders are sent with express couriers but are still processed sequentially.
Delivery Responsibilities: Upon delivery, please check the completeness and quality of the products to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. A delivery is considered attempted by us if no one is available to receive it. We do not accept liability for delays if no one is present at the delivery address to receive the goods. We advise customers to choose an address where someone will be available during normal business hours.
Failed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, or if the delivery address details provided are incorrect and affect delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel to us. If you wish to have the shipment sent to the correct address, additional shipping costs will apply.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within Australia. For international orders, please contact us for more information.
