The sale officially goes live at 6:00 PM (Brisbane time) this Thursday.
How long does the 40% off last?
The 40% sitewide offer runs for 40 minutes only.
When will items be shipped?
Due to increased order volume during our Black Friday event, dispatch times will be longer than usual. If you need your order sent urgently, please email us before after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
What products are excluded from the discount?
Waxes, bases, kits and Luxaroma fragrances are excluded from the 40% offer.
Do I need a discount code?
No — once the sale starts, the discount will automatically apply at checkout.
Will items sell out?
Stock is limited and items may sell out quickly, so we recommend preparing your cart in advance.
Can I reserve or hold items in my cart?
No - items are only secured once checkout is completed. Adding to cart does not guarantee availability.
Is click & collect available?
Yes, pick up options are available from Monday 24 November. Please wait to recieve confirmation that you order is ready for collection.
What are shipping costs?
Standard shipping rates apply, $15 flat rate Aus wide and free shipping applies to orders over $250.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items are final sale unless any items are damaged on arrival.
