Is it pure soy, or a blend? And what's actually in it?
This one is exactly what the name promises: 100% pure soy, no blends, no shortcuts. It's made from hydrogenated soybean oil with zero paraffin, it's palm-free, and it's vegan-friendly with no hidden additives. So when you tell your own customers their candle is 100% soy, you can say it with your whole chest.
Is it best for containers or wax melts?
Container candles are its happy place. It's made to throw beautifully and burn down to an even melt pool. It'll handle wax melts too, depending on the type of mould. Anything that needs to "pop-out" cleanly of a mould, you're better with a wax like our Pillar Soy blend.
How much fragrance can it hold?
Soy takes a 6–10% fragrance load, and 8% is the sweet spot. More isn't always better: overloading can lead to sweating or a poor burn. Add your fragrance at 70–80 °C so it binds in properly, then cure and let your testing have the final say.
How many candles will I get per kilo?
Easy to work out: fill your empty vessel with water to the pour line, multiply the millilitres by 0.9 for grams of wax per candle, then divide 1,000 by that. Our Cosmo tins for example take around 180 g each, so a kilo pours roughly 5.5 tins.
What are the bulk price breaks?
The more you make, the more you save. Our soy steps down in price as you scale up. Need a custom quote for larger volumes? Just give us a shout for anything over 350kg.
How does it ship, and will it survive summer heat?
Your wax ships in plastic sealed packaging via Direct Freight Express or Australia Post depending on weight, with live shipping rates calculated at checkout so you only ever pay what it actually costs to get to your door. In peak summer heat, soy can soften or sweat slightly in transit. This is purely cosmetic and doesn't affect performance. If anything ever arrives unhappy, tell us and we'll sort it.
