Wax for Melts
Our pillar wax is an excellent choice for wax melts, offering a smooth, firm texture that holds its shape beautifully while providing an even, long-lasting fragrance throw.
Unlike softer waxes, our pillar wax has a higher melting point, ensuring that your wax melts don’t become too soft or sticky in warmer temperatures.

Add Mica sparkle
Using mica powder in wax melts is like adding a little magic to your melts! ✨ When they warm up, the wax swirls and shimmers, creating a mesmerizing, glittery effect that takes your melts to the next level.
Unlike candles, where mica can clog the wick, wax melts don’t burn directly—so you can go all out
FAQ'S
What is the best type of wax for making wax melts?
A harder wax like our Pillar Blend Wax is ideal for wax melts since it holds its shape well and has a strong scent throw. Soy and cocosoy can work, but they tend to be softer and may not release from moulds as easily.
Do wax melts need a cure time?
The need for curing wax melts is still debated, but allowing time for the wax and fragrance oil to bind properly can enhance scent performance. With our Pillar Blend Wax, we recommend a 24-hour cure time to ensure the best fragrance throw.
How do I dye my melts?
You can use Candle Dye to colour your wax. Also, you can use Mica to add a beautiful swirl effect to wax melts.
Can I use glitter?
Yep! We recommend using biodegradable cosmetic glitter, as it is non-toxic and ultra-fine, ensuring safe use without clogging wax warmers.
