Return and Refund Policy - Wickii Pty Ltd
Please choose carefully: We’re committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase. However, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases— all sales are final.
In line with your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law, if a product you’ve purchased is:
- Unfit for use
- Significantly different from a sample or description
- Broken or faulty
- Unsafe
Or if it meets any other criteria for return as outlined in Australian Consumer Law, we are happy to offer an exchange. If the product is not available at the time, we can provide a refund, a credit note, or help you select an alternative product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or card used for the purchase.
We understand that determining a reasonable timeframe can be important, and we will use our discretion based on each individual situation. If you notice an issue, please reach out to our team at Wickii Pty Ltd as soon as possible. Products should be returned undamaged and in their original packaging within 5 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure smooth processing, please be aware that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, except for faulty items.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Fragrances
- Diffuser Base
- Wax
- Candle Additives
- Wicks
- Colour Granules
